Dr Kate gives an insight into what she keeps in her bag when traveling.

I travel quite a lot with my job, and believe its really important when travelling whatever your line of work is that you make sure your own health and fitness is not neglected along the way! I always carry my trusted sports kit to make sure I get some exercise in wherever i am - my costume, hat and goggle for some swim training (always great after a long flight), running kit, heart rate monitor and garmin watch to run and then track the routes afterwards (I love to track the different spots in the world that I have run in!). I also carry my hand mini foam roller for some soft tissue release - great post travel and important after exercise, and my trusted theraband for rehab and injury prevention, even doctors get injured sometimes and prevention is better than cure!
